Chef John Cariere
Owner of Fairfield Place and Fairfield Manor, John Cariere emphasizes Italian and Armenian cuisine, a tribute to his parents and the food they prepared when he was growing up.
Beginning his career at the age of 15, John has founded many famous Shreveport establishments including Monjunis, Bella Fresca, Cotton Boll and more. He is famous for his onsite catering, creating new dishes and his food presentations. Once you taste is creations, you’ll be hooked!
